Q: Why my profile is not visible?
A: If your profile doesn't appear,login to your member area and make sure under "
Profile Status" your profile is active (Please refresh the page after changing status).
After chekcing the profile status and your profile is still not visible then it could be that your profile is on under screening please contact us
we'll be happy to help you.
Q: How do I upload a photo?
A: Login to your member area then under "Your Photo" click on Upload / Change Photo then browse to your photo folder and select the photo you like to upload and then click "Upload Photo" button.
When Uploading your photo make sure:
- The file size is under 30K, any file over 30K will not be uploaded & you will get an error message.
- Make sure the file type is either jpg, jpeg, gif, or bmp, trying to upload file type rather than mentioned will not be allowed.
- If your photo is very large try to reduce the pixel size to about 350 pixels in width.
Once you upload your photo it will go into 'Screening'. The photograph will be screened and optimised by BangladeshiMatch.com after which it will 'GO LIVE'. This process generally requires betwen 24 - 72 hours. If you have any problems uploading your photo please email it to photo@bangladeshimatch.com
Q: Can I email my photo?
A: Yes you can, when you email your photo to us, please don't forget to include your name, username and your date of birth.

Q: Can I prevent a user from contacting me?
A: Yes you can, you have the option the block them from contacting you, you also can unblock them at anytime you wish and allow them to contact you again.
